Advanced calendering machines form tapes with uniform thickness (0.3-3mm), while high-speed embossing rollers create diverse textures (wood grain, matte, glossy). Cutting systems achieve precise widths (10-60mm) with minimal tolerance. Quality control teams conduct real-time inspections for adhesion, flexibility, and color fastness.

 

Packaging & Shipping

Products are wrapped in PE film to enhance moisture resistance and protection. Each carton contains 50 or 100 rolls, customizable to meet client requirements. During loading, weights are evenly distributed while maximizing space utilization to ensure efficient logistics and secure transportation.
